Kiss Cut vs. Thru Cut Decals: What's the Difference?

Kiss Cut Decals are precisely cut through the vinyl layer only, leaving the backing paper intact. This allows for intricate designs and easy peeling, while keeping the full decal and extra vinyl material on a square or rectangular backing.
